These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BE FORWARD KOREA Export Quotation Calculator for vehicle exports to Albania (Durres Port).

2. Validity & Calculation Scope
All generated quotations are strictly dynamic estimates based on real-time exchange rates (USD/KRW and EUR/USD) and official BE FORWARD Korea ocean freight schedules. Quotes are valid only at the timestamp of calculation and are subject to change without prior notice based on exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibition of Misuse
STRICTLY PROHIBITED: The source code, pricing algorithms, verification hash logic, layout, and data structures of this application are the exclusive intellectual property of BE FORWARD CO.,LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under international IP law.

4. Modifications & Updates
BE FORWARD KOREA reserves the right to modify these terms, commission tiers, handling fees, or ocean freight rates at any time.

1. Zero Personal Data Storage (Client-Side Execution)
This calculator executes 100% locally within your web browser. BE FORWARD KOREA does not collect, track, log, store, or transmit any vehicle purchase prices, user input, session logs, or personal identifiers.

2. Third-Party Exchange Rate APIs
Real-time exchange rate data is fetched securely via public HTTPS endpoints (Dunamu, FXRatesAPI, Open Exchange Rates). No user data or IP identifiers are transmitted to third parties during rate fetch calls.

3. Cookies & Tracking
This tool does not store or utilize tracking cookies, persistent local storage of personal info, or third-party analytics scripts. It is fully compliant with global data privacy standards (GDPR / CCPA).

3. Destination Customs & Taxes
Quoted prices cover FOB charges and Ocean Freight to Albania (Durres Port). Local customs duties, import VAT in Albania, port clearance fees, and inland transportation at destination are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
